vybesync

in private beta

brief it. run it.
close the record.

Brief the team before doors, route live actions to named owners, close the night into a durable record instead of texts and radio calls.

The vybesync pre-shift brief for a show night, being read and acknowledged

the idea

no chat, by design.

The room needs an action, not another message. That is the whole product.

Group chats bury the night. Radio channels crowd it. Neither leaves a record of who owned what, or whether it closed.

That's why vybesync has no chat feature at all. Every press on the floor becomes a structured action: it has an owner, a location, a severity, and a close.

the shift

venue ops, in your pocket.

where it stands

live in beta

Running on TestFlight today, in real rooms.

  • in private beta · on TestFlight today, not yet on the public App Store
  • one-tap incident submit · structured taps, not typed reports: descriptors, severity, an outcome read
  • urgent express send · a critical incident pushes the instant a location is set
  • full accountability trail · every action carries its owner, its edits, and who did what. all of it reportable
  • push notifications · per-user severity thresholds. an assignment always pings its owner
  • map location picker · tap the zone on your real floor plan instead of describing it
  • data-driven action catalog · your venue's own incident vocabulary, not a fixed one
  • close-out notes before you clock out · your own incidents need their notes written before you can turn in a radio or end your shift. leads review after
  • pre-shift brief · gated and per-note acknowledgment, recorded server side
  • checklists · two-person sign-off on the tasks that need it
  • team status · a live roster: who's ready, checklist progress, radio and section
  • radio check-out · scan the label or type the number, with a swap flow
  • shows home · tonight's show and the calendar ahead, with an artist dossier and live weather
  • live occupancy in-app · the room's real numbers on the phone, for the staff you permission
  • post-shift close · hard-gated until every incident is resolved and all radios are back
  • debrief report · the night by type, with times, owners, and photos
  • breakdown checklist · teardown mirrors opening, with sign-off
  • radio return · reconciled against what went out. open incidents block the return
  • SSO sign-in · Apple or Google. no passwords, and no account that wasn't invited
  • offline outbox · queued writes that drain on reconnect
  • realtime sync · team status and the queue stay coherent on every device in the building

targeting pilot

What pilot venues get next, and help us prioritize.

  • lead dispatch queue · every open item ranked by urgency. accept, assign, close
  • photo evidence · attach from camera or library at submit or later, stored private to your org
  • role templates and permissions · guards see guard tools, leads see the queue. your venue's configuration decides
  • count ownership and handover · a door belongs to one person, released and picked up cleanly when someone steps away
  • actionable alerts · own an urgent incident from the lock screen, or from your wrist, without opening the app
  • show setup wizard · build the night's areas, capacities, and roster in one pass
  • email one-time code sign-in · a third way in, alongside Apple and Google
  • offline everything · acknowledgments, assignments, and resolutions queue through a dead zone too, then push the moment you reconnect
  • team broadcast · one alert from a lead to the whole team

next

On the roadmap, after pilot.

  • cross-department actions · any team flags any other team, routed to that department's leads. bar to security, service to facilities
  • lock screen widgets · the night at a glance without waking the app, on iOS and Android
  • watch apps · Apple Watch and Android, so the phone can stay in the pocket
  • public App Store release
