the story

vybesync started as an idea born from being in these communities for over 25 years.

Whether it’s been welcoming people in, helping keep them safe, solving problems nobody in the audience ever sees, or saying “thank you, five” more times than I can remember,
I’ve been here.

I built vybesync because I love live music, theatre, and the communities that show up for them. This is a system built intentionally for our spaces to make our work easier to manage and let staff, crew, and actors be fully present in the room.
