Tell us what happened, which surface you were using, and the email connected to the account. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, incident photos, or sensitive incident details.

Delete an account

Real staff accounts

Open Settings in the vybesync mobile app and choose Delete account. Confirming permanently removes the account, profile, notification tokens, grants, personal submissions, and incident-media objects authored by that user.

Demo and platform-administrator accounts

These shared or privileged accounts do not show the in-app deletion control. Send a request from the email associated with the account. Include the account email and organization name so we can verify the request.

Leave the waitlist

Send the email address you used to join. We will remove the matching waitlist entry. This request does not delete a separate vybesync staff account.

Access, correction, and privacy requests

To ask what information is associated with your account, correct account information, or raise a privacy question, send the account email and organization name. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
